On September 29, CRU-RISE (Clinical Research Unit — RISE) participated in a strategic meeting of the PtCRIN Clinical Trial Units (CTUs) Network at ULS Coimbra.
The event brought together key national CTUs to strengthen cooperation, define new strategic goals, and foster synergies. The primary aims were to enhance the network’s impact on the national clinical research landscape and to promote the internationalization of Portuguese CTUs through ECRIN.
CRU-RISE representatives collaborated alongside other member units, including 2CA-Braga, AIBILI, CRU2C, NOVA CRU, and CRO CETERA. Joana Batuca, the ECRIN European Correspondent, also provided valuable contributions during the sessions.
PtCRIN highlighted the meeting as a success, emphasizing the active participation and joint commitment from all units. The network is now focused on a collaborative path forward, with new updates and opportunities expected soon.
